- 1 oz Earl Giles Chamomile Syrup
- 1 oz Earl Giles Cinnamon Syrup
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- ¼ oz Grapefruit Juice
- 2 Eyedroppers of Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters
- Soda Water
Combine all ingredients except Soda in a tin and shake over ice. When chilled, strain into a chilled coupe glass, and top with Soda Water. Garnish with a rip of orange peel and a skewered cherry.
