GLASSWARE: COLLINS

Recipe:

  • 2 oz House Special Vodka (from Week 12)

  • 2 ½ oz Carrot Juice

  • ¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • ¼ oz Simple Syrup *

  • ½ oz Dill Pickle Brine

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake, strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice, and garnish with fresh herbs.

SIMPLE SYRUP:

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 1 cup water

Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, then cool. Use right away or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
