Dillinger Pour
This refreshing Collins-style drink combines classic flavor buddies ginger and dill to bring a light, refreshing, effervescent drink to your patio party.

GLASSWARE: COLLINS
RECIPE:
- ¼ oz Simple Syrup * 
- ¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice 
- 1 Dill Sprig 
- Ginger Beer (such as Earl Giles or Reed’s) 
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients (except ginger beer) in a shaker tin with ice. Shake hard. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice, and top with ginger beer.
SIMPLE SYRUP:
- 1 cup white sugar 
- 1 cup water 
Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, then cool. Use right away or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
