RECIPE:

• 2 oz Du Nord Craft Spirits L’Etoile Vodka or

• 1 oz Saler’s Gentian Apertif
  (or Cocchi Americano or Lillet Blanc)

• Pinch of Salt

• 3 Whole Parsley Sprigs, torn

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice; shake short and hard. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
