Elote Cocktail

Sweet corn is pretty hard to beat during the summer months, and Mexican street corn (known as elote) is the ultimate upgrade to this Midwest staple. When expressed in a cocktail, this elote cocktail brings the savory, with hints of smoke, spice, and citrus.
