Parsley Party!

“I have making fresh pressed juices at almost everyday and I love a little fresh parsley in the juices I have been making. It has a vibrant, citrusy green aroma and flavor. I thought it would be fun to create a cocktail that embraces these flavors. Far North White rum has a fresh, vegetal quality and the vermouth reminds me of the botanical aromas of a garden. It seemed like an obvious pairing to embrace the bright, citrus flavors of parsley with a refreshing daiquiri variation.”

— Elliot Manthey, Meteor Bar
