High Score

This recipe is a sweetened-up version of a Mint Julep, thanks for Wisconsin-made organic strawberry soda.  While it's far from syrupy (because WiscoPop uses real strawberry in their recipe) the soda brightens up the oaky bourbon notes, while the mint hits the nose.

Refreshing and easy to make, the High Score will score high with any crowd this summer.

Recipe:

Instructions:

Build in a pint or Collins glass over ice.  Gently muddle the mint leaves; then, add bourbon and simple syrup. Top with WiscoPop Strawberry (or Cherry) soda.  Garnish with a mint sprig, and serve with a straw.
